Remember though, don’t get too caught up on one deal and get tunnel vision, I’ve seen investors miss out on deals because they were so determined to make a different one work. 

I have bigger vision today than 6 months ago.

Currently work a full time job and my vision for the future is to be 100% into the real estate investing world.

We trusted the property manager to see that it would be done well but he clearly didn't share our vision...lol.

Unfortunately no updates from the real agent as of today.Man, you need to get a vision board setup next to your desk.

Where I have the tendency to take a built for speed, big vision-casting, build the plane as we fly approach, and am highly energetic and relational, she is able to identify contingencies, execute details, and can easily be stern/disciplined with people as needed.

We have a set business plan, finance for our first deal and are clear on our goals and vision for the business.

I'm curious whether or not the technology of today will eventually be infused with our contractors and subcontractors and the life work on a project that allows people potential buyers to see what a house would look ...
