There's a pattern in this SF i NorCal market, all home prices are adjusted -150k to -200k in one single year, I see this as buying opportunity similar when SPX is at 3600...The difference between the two is, the SPX stays at 3600 only in few days ; but home with so much discount is there available in Zillow for months.blood is everywhere now, be a vampire :)
