I agreed with your #5, that that part was not relevant to the post, but I wanted to vent about the overall situation, as it is not only one thing, but others also happened at the same time and it is so harsh at the moment!!!

I know that's harsh but this isnt a playing matter. 90% furnace's do get cracks in the heat exchanger all the time, mostly due to lack of proper air flow over it.
