The major brokerages have computers dedicated to them that you can not access that compile and digest information for them much faster than you can get information.

I do that because someone did that to me 25 years ago on a timber tract I owned I liked it so much we sold it to them and I used that method a lot over the years to great success.

You guys seem to be right on........here's a little different question: I am selling a small tract off of the farm on which I have lived continuously for the last 35 years, the acreage that I am selling will bring substantially more than I paid for the entire farm and house when I purchased it 35 years ago.
