They like confidence, no people who fumble over their words, and don't know what they are talking about.If a cash buyer tells me to send them anything I get, send them an email, or just gives me the standard "3/2" I simply delete them from my cash buyer's list.

My question is, is there a simpler way to separate the 1st and last names other than selecting, deleting, copying and pasting and is it more beneficial to include the other individuals name on the mailing piece as well?

Screening includes credit w/score, criminal and evictions checks for $19.95.Pros: Price which is better than most that I have found, The applicant pays online, good customer support.Cons: They don't offer decision advice, The reports are only saved for 30 days then deleted (Be sure to print or save the reports on your local machine) Overall this is the best/economical solution I have found.
