They like confidence, no people who fumble over their words, and don't know what they are talking about.If a cash buyer tells me to send them anything I get, send them an email, or just gives me the standard "3/2" I simply delete them from my cash buyer's list.

To my recollection I think I had to delete my original ad on Craigslist and repost with some kind of disclaimer.

I was just told by my lender, that since my lease, had an addendum for Rent to own,  that I could not get my mortgage approved without a form deleting the Rent to own provision.  

It was close to the upper end product because I knew I could add or delete from the system as I take it to each house.

My question is, is there a simpler way to separate the 1st and last names other than selecting, deleting, copying and pasting and is it more beneficial to include the other individuals name on the mailing piece as well?
