So it looks like the auction was held 6 months and 1 week after the foreclosure motion. 

There is an invoice for $3,244.50. for 2 days of labor, Meth remover, encapsulation, dehumidifiers, heap filters, 10 yard dumpster, post test, certified affidavit report.  

Those thoughts and beliefs are dictating your actions and behaviors constantly, those actions and behaviors you take put various causes in motion, which have various effects that you see in your physical reality that you've created.

Another option would be to put a dehumidifier in the basement.

What has to be done first to set this in motion?

you are not part of the case....you could possibly file motion to intervene, have a judge listen to you and allow you to move along with your plan... to me there are a lot of unknown...dont have that much gamble in me ...

Was told that it was a motion to file injunction, no court order yet, and title company made the literal last second decision to not record deed....probably had nothing to do with the fact we have title insurance, lol.  

But anyway, just going through the motions.

They will also take the most time to develop, or at least to "turn the corner" and get things in motion.

In which time a motion to vacate can be filed with the court.
