Wholesale Work Around

Ok, people, here's the deal. I'm a wholesaler here in Jax and have come across a SFH in one of the hot areas in town. I went out to the property and seen that it would require an extensive amount of work to be profitable. The problem that I ran into was that the owner has filed a Chapter 11 some time ago and this SFH is bundled into her repayment plan.

So being that she is technically still paying on this house. How do I get this contract and relieve her of the property when it comes to this Chapter 11? How would closing go? What has to be done first to set this in motion?
