@Tyler Frost & @Dave Passey - hey guys...we're using tenant cloud for our tenants and tenant buyers (rent to own). 

Using the Podio platform as a cloud based business platform, and tying in the external integration features as well as over 130 Globiflow Flows is what has enabled me to be successful at wholesaling while working a full time job as an engineer!

We started with Tenant Cloud, but have sense moved away from it because the accounting feature was too weak for us.

Cloud based so no need for a DVR just wifi access and a power source!

But, in the end, you're hoping for price appreciation, which, in my personal opinion worth exactly what you paid for it (nothing), is a long shot with the storm clouds I see brewing.Then again, I know little about the rarified air in 2 bedroom condo market, so I could be totally wrong.
