Mobile and Online Payments

I just owner financed a house to a twenty something woman a feel like she would a perfect candidate to start with some sort of online payment system. I am an Apple user, she’s Android, but I have Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and Venmo. Just wondering if anyone has ever used any of these as a payment system and if there are any fees associates with larger transactions (around $850 per month). I would eventually like to do everything online whether it be something like this or my own website. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
