What incentive is a wooden nickle bonus to go through the process of finding a tenant only to receive multiple weekend/holiday calls for a disruptive tenant?

If it is a house that is in a Historic District, with wooden siding, and a converted property then I go for $200. 

The porch needed to be redone so that the wooden slats were close enough to meet city regulations.

Love cooking, going for walks with my dog, living the single life, traveling, a good dry red wine, and face massages.

Personally, I love investing, great food and wine, and live in Manhattan with my wife for the last 20 years.

Add minimalist staging- a few wall effects, a plant or two, a few wine glasses and a plate out on a kitchen counter, etc.Better: Order your photos chronologically, as if they're in the exact order that a buyer would see as they walked through the house.
