I have had some success going through someone named Kim Butler in my local OKC market, and she is usually able to shop multiple insurance companies when I run into a more unique scenario such as multi-unit properties.

In our MTRs, we've really seen a lot of success with renting to construction crews passing through our neck of the woods. 

So many people willing to help and pay it forward from their successes.  

I can risk assess every individual based on their background, It is screening 101.Thankfully other peoples moral outrage does not interfere with my ability to successfully operate a minimum risk business within the boundaries of the law.Bottom line is laws are never ridged. 

It was somewhat successful up until four or five years ago. 

It's gone pretty bland without innovative ideas, creative financing, creative ways to advertise, success stories, all the focus is on very bland investing.
