hello,I am currently sitting in the 3 day real estate workshop with Doug Clark on day two of of selling us into buying into their expensive program.I spent the last hour reading everyone’s past questions and opinions regarding this real estate guru course and trying to decide if I should buy into it.

I also went to Tan Merrill’s awful 3 day workshop and it was a waste of time and money.

Often, they hold educational events that you'd find valuable, like seller-financing or probate workshops.

I went to a couple of local workshops and decided that buying and flipping was too big of a place for me to begin (maybe in the future, I'm not ruling anything out).

It has a large work shop and 3 car garage (both detached) that I can owner occupy or turn into an additional rental in future depending on future STR and zoning laws. 

The city allows that as a "workshop" without commercial zoning, so they left it as is to save on property tax.
