Another would be you are building other units next door/nearby and you can chalk this build up to the "learning curve".I didn't see a CFO on GLH or GLC's website, but I'm sure you have someone doing this type of financial analysis for your developments?

Both of those websites charge the tenants more than $25 and we require all adults living in our units to pay and fill out an application. 

Also, consider who you’re hosting, is it families, business travelers, or medical professionals?

I would recommend familiarizing yourself with the two permit on Nashville Metro's website. 

I heard many hosts say that they rarely get any bookings on FF.
