@Jay HinrichsI was thinking if something along the lines if www.ripoffreport.com where landlords could report a bad tenant and attach supporting documentation, pictures or video, etc. the tenant would have the opportunity to respond and submit their own version of the story with supporting documentation.Other landlords could hop on and add their own two cents to a particular tenant. this would enable the viewer to see a running history of that individual even if it's separated by years.

I would be glad they did not kick holes in the walls then you are talking money to repair .That looks like one of the shows where they stage it to look bad for the viewers .

While many of these shows are both informative and entertaining, as the viewer it is easy to forget that home renovations take far longer than what appears on the show.

The goal is to provide viewers an inside look on a real project and also be an educational resource for newbies like myself.

I think the offer came from a pre-listing viewer that has been mulling it a while. 

The TV shows always have a happy ending to keep viewers returning.There are many ways to achieve success in the real estate business.

They basically give the viewer no usable information about the company.
