Hi Johann,I doubt you can (for lack of a better term) "Fight City Hall" on this one.If they cancel you, and you have a mortgage, they will Notice the lender you are no longer covered, which will probably trigger some "unpleasantness" for you.And seriously, have you not walked your own property and noticed the cement sidewalk heaving up (if that is what the 1" lip is) (???)

Don't forget that tenants already have resentment toward their landlords due to the bad ways a high percent of landlords treat their tenants with total disrespect and hatred for tenants and tenants already have a built-in belief that landlords are getting rich from the high rents they collect with an unpleasant demand every month with little regards for the condition of rental units and deferred maintenance.

Ultimately, people will do what they want on reviews but if you're eager to get started, being honest about what people are getting and adjusting the price to reflect that will likely yield higher reviews than an unpleasant surprise.

Use the strongest bleach you can buy - some of the cheap brands the % of sodium hypochlorite is cut with water - and it will be safe but aethetically unpleasing.
