Not to mention, the right system will enable your tenants to pay rent online, have a tenant portal, and all the other features that both tenants and owners need this day and age. 

How do I calculate interest income, what are a few tenant charges (income), and expense reimbursements.

Currently, agents aren’t significantly rewarded for showing rental properties to potential tenants.

Plus managing tenants is a bit more time consuming with this model.

In my experience it is common and customary for the landlord or builder to provide TIA, tenant improvement allowance, to the tenant to assist if not cover the majority of the internal buildout. 

It helps estimate ARV, rehab costs, and potential returns and offers funding options. same for long term tenants?
