Trying to find a way of leveraging my teams strengths and relationships now (construction, design, engineering, etc.) and build smaller (12-50) unit multi-family or town home developments. 

These are usually valued largely based on the strength of the tenant and the lease.

I can tell you the aluminum is far stronger than the gluelam data that I found:  the company presentation is reporting some strength value at 2400 psi while 6061-T6 is ~40,000 yield / ~45,000 ultimate. 

From your experience do you think this market is gaining strength lately?

Luckily you as a new investor have far more strategies and strengths than an existing investor with multiple properties. 

I grew up with these things and I know things change rapidly, including strength and direction, but how do you handle this with renters that are booked to be there during this time?
