What do you do when that pot of stashed expenses gets rather large?

I'm under the assumption that i should just stash it all in an account until its needed and keep track of is on a spread sheet or something ...idk, so if anyone can help me that would be appreciated. 

That's not how I want to get started or to even keep going at all, I've already thrown away the notion of the get rich quick dream and I'm looking to actually gradually build wealth and ultimately financial freedom.I can go on and on but bottom line is I want to start Wholesaling to ultimately help me stash away to invest in a triplex or four-plex.

Which leads me to determine if this is an opportunity, trap or other.My situation is I have a little stashed away I was saving for my next deal, I don't know anything about the Houston market and won't buy unless I know someone that does.

I suggest finding a deal where the numbers make sense, get an FHA loan, house hack, continue to learn the game and stash cash.
