Where does all the money go???

Hello BP,

I've been listening to post-cast and watching BP webinars and the whole lot for awhile now. I understand how the amazing calculators work thanks too Brandon using them to analyze deals live. My question is where does all the actual money go for the Variable Landlord - Paid Expenses (vacancy, repairs & maintenance ect) and the Future Assumptions.  I'm under the assumption that i should just stash it all in an account until its needed and keep track of is on a spread sheet or something ...idk, so if anyone can help me that would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance....

You don't actually have to put aside money for CAPEX, vacancy, and repairs and keep track of them separately. Their presence in the calculators is merely to assure you will make a profit over time. Any cash left over from paying monthly expenses can just get put into a checking account to build up a cash reserve.
