Hey everyone, I just finished developing a detailed guide on how to read and dispute appraisal reports effectively, and honestly, I’m amazed at how often small errors can significantly undervalue a property.

Just get started in a decent appreciating market.

Sales is a time-intensive venture, and it takes years to develop a pipeline of clients.

They develop, they build, they finance, they property manage, they will have HAO, cleaning crew etc. etc. etc. so the subsidiary companies make money every step of the way.From investor perspective: The investor pay $15 K to reserve the right to purchase 25 multiplex over the year of next 5 years. 5 each year.

I'd feel comfortable investing ~$50k to start off.

There are good relations with the neighbor so this likely wouldn't be terribly difficult to pull off, but I haven't ever developed a property from scratch so I would definitely like the opportunity to partner with someone on this to help ensure the success but first I want to finish the smaller property to have sufficient funding available if it is needed.
