I need a minimum of 6 months to recharge, as I did most of the work myself (my husband worked on weekends).

I should say that I am registered for a fortune builders summit in a couple of weeks and that is who recharged my desire to get into this.

I got the pro version so they came with rechargeable batteries and from my experience so far they have lasted upwards to 6+months on a charge. 

For instance, one ac company fixed system "recharged" and said if it has more water on floor again, needs to be replaced. 

Don't put it in the mail box, then you get into federal regulations that are better left alone.I'm toying with the idea of a rechargeable Visa card with an initial $25 balance and a note that says something like "when your ready for more, give us a call,".

They do everything except recharge AC.  

I asked the realtor to stop so we could get some lunch, I was drained and needed to recharge and rethink.

Of course, we will bill more out of the deposit if damages and charges exceed that 20%, but making that portion non refundable eliminates a lot of debate and arguing upon move out that we re charging them for a cleaning, etc.
