For $600k you can live in one of Sacramento's most prestigious neighborhoods, so why pay twice that to experience it in the Bay Area?

@Orlando Perez I am still very early in the process of setting up a syndication but I would recommend talking to @Kevin Dean as he was very helpful in helping navigate the process and works with a very prestigious company.

It is not a prestigious one and it might sit for a very long time. 

I am currently growing up in a family that is pushing me to go to college and get a prestigious job.I am desperate to prove to myself and my family that I have what it takes to be a real estate entrepreneur.

Let's say you spent $20/sq foot or $400,000 total ($20K per unit) to freshen up & put some sparkle on it.  

I prefer to have a professional Airbnb Host rent my place I know he will clean the place every day/week, he will keep it all the TIME photo clean, because if it's not sparkling clean then he will get bad reviews, something brakes like a lightbulb or the toilet is clogged he will take care off it on his own with out bothering me, having 3-5 guys in you place, is less Wear and tear than a 3-5 regular family staying there.

I've been fortunate enough to not take on any student loan debt, and my many summers as a caddie at a prestigious golf club has allowed me save a little over 40k that I currently have in stocks. 

I would recommend making the existing bathroom sparkling clean (newly caulked, bright light, maybe paint, shower curtain) - and leave it there. 

I kid guys, but I admit I hate all those stupid dog faces and sparkles on FB and am much less likely to rent to somebody who posts pics like that.
