Creative options to invest in Multi Family

Hello All,

I hope all is well for you! I have a friend of mine that has about 75K in the bank. He has his own business as a chiropractor. He wants to invest, but he does not where to start. He does not want to invest in one single property. What are some options that he can do, to get the most ROI, while he gets his ducks in a row to buy his 1st property? Your feedback and creative options would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

OAP

@Orlando Perez

I would recommend investing in education piece before going head first into a deal. Between the Bigger Pockets books and Joe Fairless and @Theo Hicks book (Best Ever Apartment Syndication) will be a great starting point to see the advantages and disadvantages of each path. I would continue to network on BP and even try to find local meetups to help find mentors in the space.
