If the tenant was bad, it's not uncommon for the previous landlord to give good enough praises so they get out.Make sure every applicant submits the same application form and anybody older than 18 needs to fill out the application.

I think its about 50 50 in success.. those that get goofed up with it wont post.. only those that sing the praises tend to post and of course locals it works..

Why do some criticize wholesaling and others praise ?

Now, the haters wont stop me just yet, but I want to know what you all think.Grant Cardone comes out on instagram praising location over a nice deal on paper cause location is that one variable you can never change.

I loved that program, and have probably made several hundred posts singing it's (former) praises.

So I've praised ahswarranty.com a few times on this site.......I've yet to have a problem with them.
