Legality of wholesaling in Oklahoma
Ive read posts of people both cursing and praising wholesaling. Even thats its outright illegal to do so without a Real Estate License, yet there are those who make a living doing so. So my question is if I am to be a "Good and Proper Wholesaler" honest and not a fly by night salesmen, how do I turn a profit and stay out of financial and legal trouble?
