I never recommend flipping - something as a slight change in the interest rate markets can completely turn your flip upside down.

It really reminds me of where i grew up in Cupertino Ca when tech took off and the orchards were turned into housing. 

I believe that if you reverse the screws that turn the 'wings' they will just drop off....then you can pull the boxes out and replace them after doing your wiring.
