There will be buying opportunities in pockets but I believe that lessons learned from the past have strengthened our systems and we shouldn't see 2008 again unless our leadership (Congress & the Executive Branch) screw things up more than they already have.

Not enough, and very late, absolutely poor leadership (last month) and currently.

but like the pandemic office is gone, maybe the leadership got rid of the economists too.

You may never be in the auto industry, but if you ever plan on building a team around yourself to reach your real estate goals, pay attention to the leadership lessons in this book.

Ive taken a lot of time to self education of life/business/leadership/investing/health, etc through reading a wide variety of books, listening to podcasts, and doing anything I can to learn as much as possible.

I don't think this will be overnight, and I think it was probably going to happen anyway as millennials take leadership roles in organizations, but the COVID-19 related restrictions may have accelerated that a bit.
