I highly recommend listening to the podcasts as its a great way to learn while at the gym, driving to work, etc.

Sometimes I look at BP while he is engrossed in Pal Patrol glued to my lap.I listen to the podcasts at the gym as my YMCA has a good children's program in the morning. 

We've done the same with another non-medical business (Jiu Jitsu gym) that I'm a partner in.

You need to sit down and map out all the known events that happen throughout your day (For example: gym at 6:30am, public speaking class at 7:45am, lunch at 12pm, etc.)

My first plan was to collect e-mails of nearest businesses like gyms, schools, salons, banks, etc. and sent them bulk offers to install the machine.

You'll have no car payment, no gas payment, no auto insurance payment, won't need to worry about spending money on dates as you won't be having any, and given the 29 mile commute each way, you can cancel your gym membership if you have one.
