Governor Phil Murphy's Executive Orders, I am having difficulty getting the PUA that I applied for back on March 30th. 

In Hawaii, all legally owned and operated short term rentals were deemed illegal by the governor for several months now.

The Florida governor declared a temporary ban on short term rentals, initially through April 11th and then extended it to the end of the month. 

But I believe the recent step by the governor to allow any and all tenants to utilize their security deposit is going to push this down the road for a month and will compound the amount of cases before the courts when they re-open.

Don't blame your agent, blame the governor for making us one of only three states in the country which have considered real estate not an essential business. 

Hopefully that will change on May 7th when our governor lifts restrictions on construction.
