40,000+ Unit Survey - Covid Impact

The State of Connecticut recently sent out a poll to local landlords to get a sense of how COVID-19 is impacting us and to see what can be done. These are the results (linked below). My understanding is that the intent behind this was to discover the need (if any) for funding to landlords. Surely some deserve it due to the executive orders that have been imposed on landlords.

In addition to this, there appears to be some funding (being paid directly to landlords) for "individuals or families who were not eligible for a federal stimulus check". The priority population that the Governor and Commissioner will be targeting is undocumented immigrants in CT. 2.5 mil, divided by 1,000 cases. Link: https://ctexaminer.com/2020/06...

$2.5 million will be able to provide $1,000 grants given directly to landlords of 2,500.
