If you are looking for cash flow in DFW you need to be in the B/C areas such as Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Arlington, Cedar Hill, etc.

So I'm asking if there is anyone in my area (I live in the Garland area at Hwy 30 & Beltline) that would let me assist them to gain knowledge and real world experience.

I'm also already in contract on a property in DFW (Garland) and should close before the end of this month.
