Investor Friendly Title Company?
I'm in Dallas and wanted to know if there are any investor friendly Title Companies you know of. Ones that will act quickly and to contract assignments.
Thanks

@George Morwood there is honestly no better investment friendly title company than Community National Title. I can promise you that. They close 40-60 of my deals each month and I use them for all my land development deals. Message me if you want one of the owners emails. I can do an intro.
