Account ClosedI believe if people were discouraged to sign up and told that this business has a high attrition rate, and drilled into their heads that this requires a lot of fortitude, and they still sign up with you.

I learned the buy a listing in my late teens ( i started selling RE at 18) and realized I did not want to be in the home selling business because of exactly what you talk about  agents telling clients their home will sell for more.. or the reverse agents without  enough fortitude to tell the seller we are not taking that listing its 50k over priced..

Even if you don't use what you learned directly you still have the life experience not everyone has and the fortitude that you got it done. follow your dreams and make real estate the supplement or fall back on plan that you incorporate into being successful.
