Those three one caught my house on fire and I ended up evicting 2 Tenant.

I would say your first year is just for drinking from the fire hose, even if it means taking a larger split and not earning as much commission.

Where it gets interesting is that the house has 5 mailing addresses associated with it and the fire prevention bureau has on their records it is also a 5- unit house, and I am billed as such upon annual renewals/inspections.

Brandon Turner was on fire in 2020, 2021, and 2022, but I don't see that he's done anything for the last 18 months. 

The issue I take with anyone looking for an app instead of building their own is that it misses the forest for the trees.

Even that manager needs to be really hard worker and skilled in so many different areas...sales, marketing management, hiring, firing, reservations, computer skills, and more.
