Most loan packages include something you sign that says that you will cooperate with them to correct any technical errors like this and I believe it also includes the ability for them to sign for you if you don't but obviously they prefer to have clean paperwork where you have signed it. 

A business plan actually makes sense but through the years ive been listening and learning through podcasts and audiobooks, i havent encountered a business plan as part of financing. 

Anyone have suggestions or encountered this problem??

I see it also with our single family rental properties, sometimes we refi a package and they are all finished to the same standard, they are very similar, sometimes on the same street. 

Brokers send that in and then are put through a series of videos showing how to package the loans and load them into the companies system.Broker does that loads them into the system and now you have individual borrowers with all their personal info being transmitted to the fake wholesaler lender..
