I'm not sure about finding people from Home Depot or Craigslist, but word of mouth has always been good to me.I'm embarrassed to say I don't know if handymen are supposed to be licensed around here.

I think its a very sad commentary on parents and the education system that so many people give this drivel so much credit.If I learned anything from that con man I'd be embarrassed to admit it.However, what I have learned on here is that many successful people are not ashamed - they hold up their previous ignorance as a badge of honor and wave this book like a bible.

As well I'm wishing to flip properties myself been doing it for everyone else I've had realtor's coming to me helping get properties but some how I'm always getting hooked up with fake lenders & doing a deal then falls thru the cracks cuz so many people are scamming people & it's embarrassing so many of them out there.
