Interested in acquiring small multi-families / commercial properties in and around NY, NJ, or eastern PA.

Recently, my offer was accepted for 5 units in Eastern Milwaukee.

I think small town PA is one that is pretty good in that realm I have been funding deals through out the central and eastern part of the state in what I would call under the radar.. and they seem to work.. but my vendors are highly experienced RE brokers so they know their stuff.

If you're looking to stay on the eastern side of the city, Manchester is probably your best bet.

Rita, it isn't necessarily that North Arlington is better, just that I would avoid the eastern part of Arlington, particularly between I-30 & I-20.
