Getting started in Massachusetts: creating capital
Good day BP community. I am prepping for my first investment and I am curious to hear from folks who have used alternate or non-traditional capital. I’m curious how to talk with sellers about owner financing or other means to pay for the property. If anyone has some thoughts to share I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
