If there is a better way to check rental comps quickly I am all ears though! 

I'm a big data guy so when he was sharing some of the scientific / data on how he grew rankings in tough markets... in ways I hadn't seen (from a data perspective) my ears perked up.

I'm all ears if someone is willing to share their experience! 

I have a rental with ceiling fans in every room, I am afraid if they start making noise, or don't produce enough air for tenants liking I will get complaints and they will ask me to replace them. 

And it would have an impact on privacy and it would create noise.

@Mohammad Khudirat ha be careful the next few years, syndicators ears perk up when they hear doctor for raising money. 

Cut out all the noise and focus on what you want, and ehat will bring you success!

Obviously, a noise complaint is going to be looked at much differently than an armed robbery.
