I've been dormant on here for a little but wanted to update everyone on my progress so far.

While different laws apply for dormant accounts state to state the state may end up with the funds.

I dont know if Zoysia will grow in Houston, but I like it because it is a very low maintenance lawn....though it is yellow in the winter when it goes dormant.

You are actually increasing your risk. 1) Having it sit dormant does nothing for your, rents have beat inflation over the last fifteen years.

I am about to purchase my first multiunit (triplex) property after being a dormant real estate investor for the past 10 years. 

The folders marked "unlearned" are lying their dormant...and most likely not even created yet. 4.

My CRE mentor has pretty much told me that these loans are a waste of time so he has been dormant for most of the year.
