First pressure wash with a detergent to get rid of all dirt, peeling/flaking, and chalkiness, then use a high quality paint.

White distilled vinegar with 1/3 joy dishwasher detergent.

Apply enzyme detergent, blot. 4.

Another alternative is to use Dawn dish detergent.

Does that price include linens, paper products, dish and dishwasher detergent, etc?

Some things to consider...detergents with phosphates, chemicals or heavy cleaners will harm the helpful bacteria in the septic system.

We supplied a vacuum, dish soap, detergent, laundry soap and big bottles of $1 store bottles... and gave them the option of daily, twice weekly, and monthly room service.

Just to get the smell out you are going to have to pull just about everything that can be moved and rest will have to be cleaned with detergent and hot water.I had to wash window screens on a flip I did.  

So a tenant may have gotten their lost quarter or detergent but left the landlord with thousands in repair costs. 

I also included in this package some starter supplies like dishwashing detergent, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
