But only speak with local owners with which you have a pre-existing relationship.Through your investigations, you should have a clear picture on the owner’s reputation, which will give you an idea of the quality of the asset, and the owner’s motivation, which will allow you to evaluate the risk points of the deal and submit the most competitive offer that is curated to fulfill the seller’s needs.

Bottom line is that the site has to do more to curate and centralize info on larger deals and accredited investors.

I listen exclusively on the podcast app on my iPhone and it’s pretty terrible, both for creating playlists and for searching for specific podcasts.

I read some other post about keyword alerts and immediately set that up and I totally agree podcast are taking over my playlist for driving.
