When i posted this here in another thread a member  said he tells them he wants the office address of their doctor along with their written consent to confirm there is a medical reason for this pet.  

You think if you email your doctor to ask them a few questions about your symptoms they'll gladly email you all day?

They want to live off the pref etc.A doctor making millions a year doesn't need to grow fast they just want safe yield that in regular times outpaces inflation.

We currently occupy about 65% of the space but just signed a lease to another doctor so our portion (owner occupied) is down to about 40%.  

This means we can expect that many of our tenants will be nurses, doctors, educators etc and will need quick access to the U.

I am trying to soak in as much information and advise as possible while working my full time job running a doctor's office, so any tips and information thrown my way would be very much appreciated.
