Hey everyone, I attended some classes that turned out to be scams and watched every video online.

I attended the first open house and requested a showing by the seller agent with my husband present.Here's why I think my process worked:1.

As the years have progressed, I've seen a healthy combo of appreciation & cashflow has continued to increase as market rents have gone up.To start off, I'd attend some local meet ups and network a bit, and start analyzing some deals.

I first started out in Real Estate by house hacking in college.

I attended a REI conference back in October 2024 prior to knowing anything about Bigger Pockets or investing in general, and it gave me the motivation to seek out information and shoot for my first couple of deals in 2025.

I also still have the goal of getting into 1 deal this year, with a friend and business partner.I attended the Cashflow Breakfast Club networking event this past weekend and it was awesome.
