I am away in another state and have two separate issues on two separate properties, working through each with minimal pain and aggravation.

For standard units, pricing is generally about $100 less than HD/Lowes, with much less aggravation.

The whole I can self manage from afar but only want someone there to do small stuff is aggravating for a lot of people in real estate and makes them feel like they are getting nickeled and dimed.

It's aggravating because even though everything else checks out, this is what is currently holding me up.

Looking through my "buyer's glasses", I would pass on your property, unless I get a discount that is the equivalent of the upgrade plus the costs for rent loss. and aggravation.
