I want to replace a fence and trim huge trees next to the home of a fixer I just purchased.

paid $53,000 Did all the work and made $100,000 7 years ago.I bought it right 2600 square feet. 10 foot ceilings.original flooring and trim with doors.good roof and furnace. need a great agent and contractor both to make real money. 

If I go that route it may be hard to match the trim elevations.The house also needs touch up paint. 

I also replace the wood trim with composite trim.

That includes window/labor/ and trim on inside / outside.

We have had success with cleaning floor, baseboard, casings and trim with TSP, and then applying Kilz Oil Based.

I plan on doing a neutral paint color like beige on all the walls, white trim & ceilings, and LVT everywhere on the main floor (except the living room).

Do they know they have to prime the trim which is always an enamel of some sort?
