Just purchased tenant occupied home
I want to replace a fence and trim huge trees next to the home of a fixer I just purchased. I want to bring a landscape company for both soft and hard scape improvements. Do I need permission from tenant or do I just notify the tenant? I sent a text and an email asking for a convenient date and time. Waiting for a response. What are the rules for getting the landscaper to quote the job?
Thank you
