I have not personally held weight on the president dropping prices or increasing the prices.

As we all know, real estate is slow to react, so, even if interest rates drop and the presidency goes in favor of a real estate centric President it will still take some time for the market to reverse its trend.

There are many unfinished projects (promises made by MGM) around the casino, that are now gaining traction as MGM President Bill Hornbuckle and Mayor Sarno had a recent meeting to review the host community agreement -- the Sarno administration was vocal about MGM not fulfilling its promises to the City. 

This is all just to stop Trump becoming the next president otherwise stock index may already crash a lot this year lol
