Rental lease comps

Posted

Anyone able to help with some rental / lease comps? This would be in central PA. Issue is I have property actively leased at $1500 but appraisal came in with $1215 because they said they couldn’t find any good comps. Lender said they also think that the appraiser was wrong but want me to find data or some lease comps to support the argument of appealing the appraisal.
