Option 2, we form separate LLCs and have a written contract between our LLCs that renews yearly in which we "leap frog" purchases using her personal capital, but we both fully assist the other as per the contract, lending our best efforts to help facilitate the entire process for each purchase, even though the purchases would be owned separately under independently owned/operated LLCs.

If he's driving for dollars he can text me an address and I can give him a lot of info virtually immediately before he's done doing a walk around...A percentage would certainly be nice, though I know it takes kissing a lot of frogs before you find a prince, so to speak, so I'm inclined to ask for a per file price as well.

Hollow-core slab doors do not cost more than slat doors, but solid-core doors might (or be comparable - those slat doors are not cheap either).The kitchen cabinets (appear to) have suffered a trauma, but are also simply cheap construction/design.

Should i put in hollow primed MDF prehung interior doors ($65 each) or pay double at a local surplus store and get solid pine doors that will need prime and paint?
